IFAS HRDI sends email to unit administrators with list of faculty for whom a tenure or PS packet is required

 

Unit leaders notify affected faculty that a tenure or PS packet is required


SPRING:

Packets due to unit leader – Date determined by unit leader


July 26

Electronic packet due to IFAS HRDI


August 9

Packet comments due back to candidate


AUGUST 16

Candidate uploads final packet in OPT


AUGUST 23

Department HR certifies for faculty in OPT


SEPTEMBER 10

Department HR enters department assessments in OPT


SEPTEMBER 16

Chair uploads his/her letter in OPT


SEPTEMBER 27

Chair enters his/her endorsement in OPT


NOVEMBER 3, 4, & 5 (PS)

NOVEMBER 16, 17, & 18 (tenure)

IFAS committee meets to review packets


NOVEMBER 10 (PS)

NOVEMBER 23 (tenure)

IFAS HRDI uploads assessments in OPT


DECEMBER 13

Dean uploads his/her letter in OPT


JANUARY 7

Dean enters his/her endorsement in OPT
