JANUARY:
IFAS HR sends email to unit administrators with list of faculty members for whom a tenure/PS assessment packet is required
Unit leaders notify affected faculty member that a tenure or PS assessment packet is required
SPRING:
Packets due to unit leader – Date determined by unit leader
JULY 7:
Electronic copy due to IFAS HR
JULY 14:
Packets available to IFAS Progress Assessment Committee and IFAS Deans
AUGUST 9 and 10 for PS cases
AUGUST 23 and 24 for tenure cases
Committee meets to discuss packets
SEPTEMBER:
Committee comments forwarded to Deans
SEPTEMBER / OCTOBER:
Deans meet to discuss packets and prepare assessment of each faculty member’s progress
OCTOBER
Unit leaders share the assessments with the faculty members
