- September 1, 2009 - One (1) copy of the packet is
due in IFAS Human Resources - 2038 McCarty Hall. The packet
need not include the departmental vote, letters of evaluation, and
the Chair/Center Director letter if they are not yet available.
All other material must be included.

- October 1, 2009 - Sixteen (16) duplexed copies of the
completed packets are due in IFAS Human Resources - 2038 McCarty
Hall. These should include departmental votes, letters of
evaluation and the Chairs/Center Directors letter.

- November 16-20, 2009 - Tenure, Permanent Status and
Promotion Committee meets to review packets. Location TBA.

- December 15, 2009 - Original packet plus eleven (11) duplexed copies are due in IFAS Human Resources - 2038 McCarty Hall.
These should include any suggested changes from the committee.
Deans letter will be added at this time. (State and County
Faculty).
